AFRIC’A.R.T is more than an organization—it’s a movement to ensure that every African immigrant has the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive in their new environment. Through grassroots programs, cultural initiatives, and powerful partnerships, we are building a future grounded in resilience, equity, and shared success.
AFRIC’A.R. T (Africa Autonomous, Resilient, Thriving) was created to support the growing African immigrant community in the US. We focus on providing accessible programs in English literacy, entrepreneurship, the arts, and media empowerment.

Showcasing African artists through public events and performances, connecting talent with opportunity.
We believe everyone deserves access to education, support, and success—regardless of their background or circumstances.
We nurture the strength and adaptability of individuals to thrive through change and overcome challenges.
Our programs are designed to equip individuals with the tools, skills, and confidence to shape their own future.
We honor and uplift African heritage through vibrant storytelling, traditions, and artistic expression.
We listen, collaborate, and build programs that directly reflect the voices and needs of our community.
We foster unity across African nations and diasporas, standing together in shared purpose and pride.
Volunteering with AFRIC’A.R.T has been life-changing. I’ve learned so much about African cultures and met some of the most inspiring people. It's more than a nonprofit — it’s a family.
AFRIC’A.R.T helped me launch my catering business. I never thought I could be my own boss in a new country, but they showed me what's possible.
The cultural events are powerful reminders of where we come from. They help our kids grow up proud of their roots, even far from home.
Our organization is proud to partner with AFRIC’A.R.T. Their grassroots work has a real, measurable impact on immigrant communities across NYC.
